As chief people officer for TEA Solutions, Susan Boggs oversees all human resource management and employee relations activities. She manages all communications, event planning, and administrative functions for the organization.
Ms. Boggs was director of human resources for S&P USA, the North American subsidiary of Soler & Palau Ventilation Group, and director of human resources for Ring Power Corporation. She has held a variety of diverse positions, working in music education, accounting, contract administration, payroll management, and human resources. She has supported organizations in many different industries, including software development, manufacturing, and heavy equipment.
Ms. Boggs holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of North Florida and a bachelor's degree in music education from Florida State University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
